The Beautiful Penderecki Hall

Just about recovered and reflected from what has been a truly wonderful and heartwarming experience being a small part of the Krakow Film Music Festival. @fmf.krakow

Myself and my dear friend @gianlucamassimo had the opportunity to work, guide, record and mix the music for 13 finalists for the FMF Young Talent Awards at the beautiful Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lustawice. @penderecki_center

The 13 composers collaborated with 6 promising directors and all brought their own unique talents to working with an orchestra and scoring to picture - some of whom for the first time.

To top it off; the festival had many brilliant panels and events all across the city and it was such a treat to see some familiar friends and faces and soak up the atmosphere of surrounding yourself around likeminded creatives.

Particular highlights were 2 concerts celebrating the incredible music of Gabriel Yared @gabriel.yared and Gustavo Santaolalla @gustavosantaolalla

There are too many wonderful and talented people to thank, but a very special mention to Katia, Julia, Miriam, Magdalena, Katarzyna and John for making us part of the FMF family and for looking after us.

Heart and stomach full, liver slightly weaker.

Leaving very inspired.
